- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables:
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Make the Sauce:
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pot and toss until everything is coated in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a crisp green salad.
