Spice Mix:

For the Bowls:
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- Lettuce shredded
- Cheese dairy-free or regular
- Pickle slices
For the Burger Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare Spice Mix: Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Cook Potatoes: Cut potatoes into cubes, toss with olive oil, and bake until crispy.
- Cook Beef: Brown beef mince in a pan, then add the spice mix and cook until fully cooked.
- Make Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Assemble Bowls: Layer lettuce, crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
