Description

For the Bowls:

  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Cheese dairy-free or regular
  • Pickle slices

For the Burger Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare Spice Mix: Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Cut potatoes into cubes, toss with olive oil, and bake until crispy.
  3. Cook Beef: Brown beef mince in a pan, then add the spice mix and cook until fully cooked.
  4. Make Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  5. Assemble Bowls: Layer lettuce, crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
