Description

These Buffalo Ranch Chicken Skewers are a perfect combination of spicy buffalo flavor and creamy ranch. Tender chicken skewers are marinated in a flavorful mix of ranch and buffalo dry rub seasoning, then grilled to perfection.

Ranch Seasoning:

      • 1 tablespoon dried dill
      • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
      • 2 teaspoons onion powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon salt
      • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Buffalo Dry Rub Seasoning:

    • 1 tablespoon cayenne
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, and buffalo dry rub seasoning.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken tenders in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
