Description

This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that is perfect for parties or game day gatherings. It combines chunks of chicken with hot sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese for a flavorful and satisfying dish.

Ingredients

– 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained

– 3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup ranch dressing

– 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

– 1 bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces

– 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Cheddar cheese.

3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

4. Serve the dip with celery sticks and chicken-flavored crackers.

Notes

– For a spicier dip, add more hot sauce to taste.

– You can also top the dip with extra shredded cheese before baking for a cheesy crust on top.
