- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Assemble the rolls: Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon (or your preferred filling), and a sprinkle of shredded cheese to the wide end of each dough triangle. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Roll up the dough: Starting at the wide end, gently roll the dough over the filling, tucking it in as you go. Place each roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush the tops with melted butter, if desired, and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!
