Description

Fluffy, golden, and packed with your favorite breakfast flavors, these Breakfast Rolls are a delicious way to start the day! Filled with eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon, sausage, or veggies, they’re perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or sausage/veggie mix)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon (or your preferred filling), and a sprinkle of shredded cheese to the wide end of each dough triangle. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up the dough: Starting at the wide end, gently roll the dough over the filling, tucking it in as you go. Place each roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Brush the tops with melted butter, if desired, and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a mix of veggies like bell peppers, onions, or spinach for a vegetarian option.
  • Substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors.
  • Make ahead and store in an airtight container; reheat in the oven for a quick breakfast.
