			- 1 package (12) dinner rolls (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)
 - 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
 - Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared dish.
 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set.
 - Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
 - Place the top half of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter. If desired, mix garlic powder and parsley into the butter for extra flavor.
 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
