Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the undrained can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies to the mixture.
- If using, add the sliced green onions.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
