- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 packet Stevia
Instructions
- Blend: In a blender, combine blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, banana, kale or spinach, ice cubes, and Stevia.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy!

- You can add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost of protein.
