Description

Refreshing blueberry iced tea infused with a hint of lemon, perfect for a hot summer day.

  • 68 cups water
  • 34 bags cold brew tea bags (family size, Luzianne)

Blueberry Syrup:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar (granulated or cane)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Tea: Boil water and steep cold brew tea bags according to package instructions. Let it cool.
  2. Make Blueberry Syrup: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer until blueberries burst and mixture thickens.
  3. Combine: Strain blueberry syrup and mix with brewed tea. Chill in the fridge.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice and enjoy!
