Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For the Rolls:
    • 1 package (16 oz) crescent roll dough
    • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Glaze (Optional):
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 23 tsp milk
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare Rolls: Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling on each triangle.
  4. Add Blueberries: Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the filling and top with granulated sugar and lemon zest.
  5. Roll and Bake: Roll each triangle tightly, starting from the wider end. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Make Glaze: While rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
  7. Drizzle and Serve: Once the rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a more intense blueberry flavor, use blueberry jam in addition to fresh blueberries.
  • These rolls can be reheated in the oven or microwave for a warm treat.
