- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Glaze (Optional):
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare Rolls: Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling on each triangle.
- Add Blueberries: Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the filling and top with granulated sugar and lemon zest.
- Roll and Bake: Roll each triangle tightly, starting from the wider end. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Make Glaze: While rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle and Serve: Once the rolls have cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a more intense blueberry flavor, use blueberry jam in addition to fresh blueberries.
