Instructions
- Prepare Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix together butter, chives, thyme, and salt. Set aside.

- Prepare the Onion: Cut the top off the onion and make vertical cuts, being careful not to cut through the bottom. Place onion on a baking dish, fill cuts with herb butter, and sprinkle with spice blend. Pour white wine over the onion.
