Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups blood orange juice (fresh or store-bought)
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1 cup cranberry juice (optional for added tartness)
- ½ cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice, for serving
- Blood orange slices, for garnish
- Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
- 1 cup vodka (optional, for an adult version)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine the blood orange juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice (if using), and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Add the sparkling water or club soda just before serving to keep the punch fizzy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
- Add ice to the punch bowl, then garnish with blood orange slices and pomegranate seeds.
- For a spookier presentation, freeze some pomegranate seeds in ice cubes and float them in the punch.
- If making the adult version, stir in the vodka at the last minute.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- You can make this punch in advance, but wait to add the sparkling water and ice until just before serving to keep it bubbly.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and increase the amount of sparkling water if desired.
