Base:

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Base: In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Prepare the Filling: In another bowl, combine the blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, pistachios, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture over the base.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool in the pan before slicing into squares. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
