Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Shape the Dough:
- Divide the dough into 2 portions for personal-sized pizzas or keep it whole for a large pizza. Roll out the dough into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Preheat the Pan:
- Heat a large non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with olive oil.
- Cook the Base:
- Place the rolled-out dough onto the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the dough.
- Add Toppings:
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the cooked side. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add your favorite toppings.
- Melt the Cheese:
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove the pizza from the skillet and sprinkle with oregano or chili flakes if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
