  • 1 tbsp key lime zest (23 limes)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup sour cream or yogurt (160g)
  • 2 egg yolks

Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled (360g)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a baking dish.
  2. Make the Filling: Combine condensed milk, lime juice, zest, vanilla, sour cream, and egg yolks. Pour over the crust.
