Description

This Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea is a refreshing and fruity twist on classic iced tea, combining juicy peaches, tart raspberries, and black tea with a touch of sparkling flair. Perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, or a relaxing afternoon, this non-alcoholic version of the famous Bellini cocktail brings elegance and sweetness to every sip.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 black tea bags (or peach-flavored tea bags)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup peach nectar (or peach juice)
  • 1 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Extra peach slices and raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea:

    1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat.
    2. Add the tea bags and steep for 5–7 minutes for a strong flavor.
    3. Remove tea bags and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Peach-Raspberry Mixture:

    1. In a blender, blend peaches, raspberries, honey (or syrup), and lemon juice until smooth.
    2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp and seeds.
  3. Combine Everything:

    1. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled tea with the peach-raspberry purée and peach nectar.
    2. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  4. Serve:

    1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea mixture.
    2. Top each glass with sparkling water for a fizzy touch.
    3. Garnish with fresh peach slices, raspberries, and mint leaves.
  5. Enjoy!

    1. Serve immediately and enjoy this fruity, refreshing Bellini-inspired iced tea!

Notes

  • For an alcoholic version, add 1 cup of prosecco or champagne instead of sparkling water.
  • Make it extra peachy by using peach-flavored black tea or adding a splash of peach schnapps.
  • Sweetness level: Adjust honey or syrup to taste based on your preference.
  • For a frozen version, blend the mixture with ice for a peach raspberry iced tea slushie!
