- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce

- 1 (16-ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni

- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and stir in the butter.

- Bake: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
