- 1 pound sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and sliced into 1 1/2-inch strips
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup water
- Sesame seeds, garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the Noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Stir Fry the Beef and Broccoli: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then stir fry until browned. Add broccoli and water, cover, and cook until broccoli is tender.
- Combine and Serve: Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
