- 750 g cream cheese blocks, room temperature
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 3/4 cups + 1 tbsp lightly whisked eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/220°C/430°F.
- Mix ingredients: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cream, flour, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until combined.
- Bake: Pour mixture into a lined cake tin. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is dark golden brown and center slightly jiggles.
- Cool: Allow to cool in the tin, then refrigerate before serving.
