For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the salmon: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Bake the salmon: Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup, and rice vinegar or lime juice.

Notes
