Chicken Skewers:

    • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1-inch cubes
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce*
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce* or more to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey*
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers: Grill the chicken skewers until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Make the Bang Bang sauce: In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well combined.
  5. Coat the chicken: Brush the cooked chicken skewers with the Bang Bang sauce before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce by adding more or less hot sauce to suit your taste.
  • These skewers can also be baked in the oven if grilling isn’t an option.
