Chicken Skewers:

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce*
- 1 tbsp hot sauce* or more to taste
- 2 tbsp honey*
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers: Grill the chicken skewers until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Make the Bang Bang sauce: In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well combined.
- Coat the chicken: Brush the cooked chicken skewers with the Bang Bang sauce before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce by adding more or less hot sauce to suit your taste.
- These skewers can also be baked in the oven if grilling isn’t an option.
