- 4 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add Sugar & Cinnamon: Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
- Add Bananas: Add sliced bananas and cook until slightly softened.
- Flambe: Remove skillet from heat, add rum, and carefully ignite with a long match. Let the flame die down.
