Description

Instructions

  1. Melt Butter: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add Sugar & Cinnamon: Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
  3. Add Bananas: Add sliced bananas and cook until slightly softened.
  4. Flambe: Remove skillet from heat, add rum, and carefully ignite with a long match. Let the flame die down.
  5. Finish & Serve: Stir in vanilla extract and pecans if using. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
