For the Crust
- 1 3/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter – Melted
For the Pudding
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
For the Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
For the Banana’s Foster
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoon Banana Liqueur
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Bananas – Sliced
- 1/4 cup Walnuts – Chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
- Make the Pudding Layer: In a bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk. Blend in softened cream cheese. Pour over the crust.
- Whip the Cream: Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer.
- Prepare the Banana’s Foster Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add brown sugar, liqueur, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook until thickened. Add sliced bananas and walnuts. Serve over the pudding.
Notes
- You can add a splash of rum to the banana’s foster sauce for an extra kick.
- For a quicker version, you can use store-bought whipped cream instead of making your own.
