Description

  • 1 3/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter – Melted

For the Pudding

  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

For the Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

For the Banana’s Foster

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon Banana Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Bananas – Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts – Chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Make the Pudding Layer: In a bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk. Blend in softened cream cheese. Pour over the crust.
  3. Whip the Cream: Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the pudding layer.
  4. Prepare the Banana’s Foster Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add brown sugar, liqueur, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook until thickened. Add sliced bananas and walnuts. Serve over the pudding.

Notes

  • You can add a splash of rum to the banana’s foster sauce for an extra kick.
  • For a quicker version, you can use store-bought whipped cream instead of making your own.
