Crust:

- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
- Sliced bananas and additional vanilla wafers for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Blend mashed bananas with cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and banana pudding mix until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
- Bake: Bake the cheesecake for 60-70 minutes at 325°F until set. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
