- 24 chilled wonton wrappers
- 9 oz creamed spinach (frozen or freshly made)
- 3–6 oz marinated artichoke hearts* (approx. 1/4-1/2 cup chopped)
- 2 oz softened cream cheese (cut into 6-8 cubes)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4–1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- spray oil (avocado, olive, etc…)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix together the creamed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble the wonton cups: Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin cup, forming a cup shape. Spoon the filling into each cup.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Allow the cups to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can customize the level of spiciness by adjusting the amount of red pepper flakes used.
- Feel free to add extra toppings like chopped tomatoes or a sprinkle of extra cheese before baking.
