- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut each potato into wedges, keeping the skin on.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them well to coat them in the seasoning mixture.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve immediately, either on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispy wedges, broil them for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
