I have been making these for our family and friends for a couple of years now. I fry the patties lightly, just enough to hold them together and then put them in a casserole with a packet brown onion gravy for about 30 minutes and serve . I also add some Smokey bacon to the mix for added flavour. They are a favourite at our house.
