Hamburger Steaks:

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Sauce:
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Topping:
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare hamburger steaks: In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
- Make sauce: In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Assemble: Place hamburger steaks in a baking dish, pour sauce over them, and cover with foil.
- Bake: Bake for about 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until steaks are cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
