Description

Instructions

  1. Mix Yeast with Water: Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until foamy.
  2. Add Flour and Sugar: Stir in 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar until well combined.
  3. Feed the Starter: Add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup of sugar to the mixture, stir well, cover, and let sit at room temperature.
  4. Repeat: Feed the starter with 1 cup each of milk, flour, and sugar for the next 4-9 days, stirring daily.
