Description

This quick and easy air fryer salmon delivers perfectly crispy, flaky fillets in just 10 minutes! With a simple seasoning blend, minimal oil, and no hassle, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a healthy, delicious dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (fresh or thawed, skin-on preferred)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (plus extra for serving)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer

    • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.

  2. Season the Salmon

    • Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

    • Brush olive oil on both sides and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets.

  3. Air Fry the Salmon

    • Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.

    • Cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness.

    • Check for doneness:

      • 125-130°F for medium

      • 145°F for well-done

  4. Serve Immediately

    • Transfer to a plate and garnish with extra lemon wedges or fresh herbs. Enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcrowd – Give the fillets space for even air circulation.
Check early – Start checking around 7 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Use a meat thermometer – Ensures your preferred doneness without guesswork.
