  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi:

  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla
  • 1 ripe but firm banana
  • 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 2 strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi:

  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla
  • 1 ripe but firm banana
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter Banana Sushi: Spread peanut butter on the tortilla, place the banana on one edge, roll it up, slice into sushi pieces, and top with chopped peanuts.
  2. Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi: Spread cream cheese on the tortilla, add banana and strawberry slices, roll it up, slice, and sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi: Spread Nutella on the tortilla, add the banana, roll it up, slice, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
