- 1 ripe but firm banana
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi:
- 1 taco-size flour tortilla
- 1 ripe but firm banana
- 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 2 strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi:
- 1 taco-size flour tortilla
- 1 ripe but firm banana
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Instructions
- Peanut Butter Banana Sushi: Spread peanut butter on the tortilla, place the banana on one edge, roll it up, slice into sushi pieces, and top with chopped peanuts.
- Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi: Spread cream cheese on the tortilla, add banana and strawberry slices, roll it up, slice, and sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries.
- Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi: Spread Nutella on the tortilla, add the banana, roll it up, slice, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
