11. Find the Best Sleeping Position
If you don’t want to wake up with tired eyes, sore back, or painful neck, find the best position to sleep. As a general practice, it is good to sleep on your left.
12. Avoid Coffee or Caffeine Before Bed
Coffee is the most favorite drink of the world, equivalent to tea. However, it is evil to your sleep. Coffee and sleep never go hand in hand. If you have the habit of drinking coffee at night, stop it immediately.
Also don’t drink coffee in the evening after 7 pm. Coffee is a stimulant and keeps you energized.
The above mentioned habits are quite harmful to your sleeping routine. It can lead to sleeping disorders, which can badly impact your daily life.
