6. You Get Changed in The Dark

Research study shows in the journal PLOS One, if you prefer changing in the dark in the morning with your blinds closed, you are missing weight-loss advantages that the sun produces for you. This study recommends that people that are more exposed to the sun in the mornings tend to have less BMI (Body Mass Index) than those who avoid the sun. They suggested that you get exposed in the sunlight in the morning for 20-30 minutes, so opening those blinds are better!
